Job Description
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: Design and update HR policies and procedures to align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Develop recruitment strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate employee development. Conduct performance evaluations and establish goals and objectives for employees.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online training modules.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonuses, incentives, and employee recognition programs. Stay updated on market trends and benchmark compensation practices.
Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing time off requests, and handling employee inquiries.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee appreciation programs, and wellness initiatives.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for decision-making. Analyze HR data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
